The hotel was convenient and clean. The location in a shopping area was magnificent and unbeatable. There was a main shopping street nearby, and even the Dusseldorf airport was only a 13-minute drive away. The atmosphere created was warm and welcoming.

Fairly clean hotel, POLITE staff & great location competent in answearing questions on next bus stop. Location next to central station, Düsseldorf airport, and konigsallee shopping center. Plus, quite close to Ufa-Palast Dusseldorf.

Perfect and nice location, a short way from everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Konditorei Metropol nearby.

Spacious room and great price, but no air conditioner initially, which was totally fine. 😅

The only thig I can say is that it was in the centre of town.

Because an event was on at the Messe, charging over 3 times the standard rate. Given a smoking room in lieu of a non smoker. Bathroom not refurbished for at least 20 years, very poor quality. Noisy room both from outside and inside the Hotel. Even though I had booked thru Booking. com, management had trouble finding the booking.

I truly enjoyed the room with a comfortable and spacious bed. the amenities included a flat screen TV, a dining area, and a sitting area which were convenient.

Easy to find.Close to shopping area. Several places for breakfast close to the hotel (hotel staff does not have interest to provide it). Good heating.

Comfort and cleanliness just marginal. Elevator does not reach upper floor which seems to have the family rooms.

This place has incredibly friendly staff and boasts an ideal location near key landmarks like the old town, shopping street, a trendy area, and transportation hubs.

Responsibility and Liability Because one item of my clothing was obviously disappeared and it was a proof for that but nobody was responsible.

Price , 40 euros was very cheap, clean, close to the centre, parking 7 euros the whole day, free wifi

I had a good time during my stay here. the staff were super helpful, the room didn't break the bank, and everything was top-notch. 👍

Very close to the old town by train or even walk if have time,single rooms are a bit smaller but with seperate W.c room and shower,t,v wasnt working well,staff was freandly and helpfull.internet at the reception wasnot working.but for 23 e that I paid for 1 night is nothing to complain!

Hotel is very close to the Düsseldorf Hbf (2 min by walk) and to the centre of city (15 min by walk). My room was on the 5th floor with great view on the street and square, it was big and clean. The price of 29€ per night with breakfast is more than fair.

Window-glasses were a little bit of dirty from outside.
